Sadō – “The Way of Tea” – is the ancient name for the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. DōMatcha® Conventional matcha is grown in the Uji, Kyoto region of Japan. Completely clean and additive-free, all our Matcha (organic and non-organic) is tested by an independent lab in Japan and when they arrive in
Canada.
A mild grade matcha. Well balanced in taste, colour and scent. This bulk blend uses the leaves produced by one of Japan’s oldest and most established tea producers based in Kagoshima and Uji, Kyoto. Ideally suited for matcha beverages in the food service industry, specialty coffee and tea shops, delis, juice bars, restaurants, and hotels. Matcha beverages could include but are not limited to lattes, frappes, blended drinks, iced lemonade, and even delicious cocktails.

Organic DōMatcha® is certified by JONA (Japan Organic and Natural Foods Association)v and JAS (Japan Agriculture Standard), which follow stricter regulations and higher standards than the North American certification associations.
A smooth, balanced match blend, with bright colour and sweet flavour. The bulk organic matcha is made from leaves grown by one of Japan’s oldest tea producers and is processed with care in order to retain the naturally high nutritional density of green tea leaves. This matcha is suitable for a wide range of beverage creation for cafes, tea, shops, juice bars, and restaurants. It can be used for lattes, blended beverages, smoothies, and even specialty cocktails.
